will you... be my bridesmaid.

Yes. I know I need to get a better camera and stop taking snap shots with my iphone. But this gets the job done for now. I had two cards because one just doesn't allow for fun patterns on the back! One to pop the question and one to thank my friends for all they have been through with me. Notice I just can't get away from peach and gray! FAVORITE!

I was obsessed with the King and Queen of Hearts stamps. I was extremely sad they were just a seasonal item. And there is nothing like a good silver pen and custom return address stamp!

save that date.

First order of business is naturally, picking a date! The hardest part of the entire wedding process. After lots of flip flopping, we finally landed on August 6. Since we knew we weren't getting our engagement pictures taken until later, we had our multi-talented friend, Christi Steckel, take some fun pictures for us to use for our save the dates. And so the designing began and I quickly remembered how hard it is to design for yourself. This is the photo and design we ended up going with!

engagement.

Girl meets boy... and so the story goes. Luckily for me, I met the most amazing boy in the whole world. My now husband, Chris Harper, proposed January 22nd, 2011 and we began the fun and crazy planning of the wedding. I know I don't post tons of personal posts, but I decided I would since this leads to a lot of posts with projects for the wedding! And besides, its my blog... I can do whatever I want, right?!? YES! Much thanks to the fabulous Rachel Buckley for taking all of our engagement and wedding photos!

inside out.

I finally got some good shots of the last piece I blogged about! All decorated and some up close shots! Enjoy!
